With Johnny Jolly going on season ending injured reserve this week, the Green Bay Packers have gotten some reinforcement in the form of defensive tackle Conrad Bolston (pictured during his college days).
The Packers claimed the big man off waivers from the Minnesota Vikings.
"Bolston (6-4 and 300 pounds) was originally an undrafted free agent from Maryland," reports Rob Demovsky of the Green Bay Press-Gazette. "He spent the first 12 weeeks of the season on the Vikings' practice squad before being signed to the active roster on Nov. 28. He played in one game. Bolston will wear No. 93 for the Packers."
The early call is for Bolston to play behind Justin Harrell in the tackle rotation but ahead of Daniel Muir.
