Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy was named NFL Coach of the Year by NFL Alumni but not by the Associated Press.
None other than Patriots coach Bill Belichick won the Associated Press award.
In Titletown, they'll be recognizing the honor bestowed by NFL Alumni, a group of former players.
"He will receive the award from Hall of Fame coach Don Shula at a dinner in Scottsdale, Ariz., on Feb. 1, the eve of Super Bowl XLII," reports the Green Bay Press-Gazette.
