Barnett enters plea agreement

"Green Bay Packers linebacker Nick Barnett entered into a plea agreement that will allow him to avoid facing a criminal conviction stemming from a nightclub incident last summer," reports Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

There is plenty of legal mumbo jumbo to this story, but the prevailing sentiment is that Barnett likely won't face suspension from the NFL.

Hopefully this is the last time we'll have to mention anything about this incident. It was bad news all around, and it was blown out of proportion.
