If you're wondering the answer to the question, "Can Brett Favre be traded?" Peter from the Texas Hold 'Em Blogger site, thinks that the Packers can and may trade Favre.
"Now Green Bay owns the rights to Favre through 2010," writes Peter, "but don’t be surprised if, as one last finger in the eye of both Favre and Packer fans, Thompson surrenders his rights for a second-day draft pick (4th through 7th), in effect saying that’s all a future first ballot Hall of Famer is worth."
It should be noted that this analysis of the future of Brett Favre isn't exactly the most rational one. This particular blogger thinks the Packers are headed for the dark days ala the Forrest Gregg days of the 1980s. And he has an axe to grind with general manager Ted Thompson.
Although, this is one of the first suggestions that Favre's rights will be traded away, and for that it is noteworthy if nothing else.
