railbird /rayl burd/ noun: A migratory species of fan that travel near and far to watch the Green Bay Packers football team practice. They are frequently spotted in northeast Wisconsin and are especially noted for lining up by the thousands along chain link fences while craning their necks attempting to glimpse Brett Favre.
